UNI Universal Natural Intelligence

The wiki

524documents from the estate’s own repositories, rendered as they are written — 8,171 KB of source prose, not summaries of it, arranged by what you might be trying to do.

Start with a question, not a corpus. These 33 routes are the answer to the way this page used to work: one alphabetical list per repository, 85 entries long. Every document below belongs to exactly one route, and a new document that fits none of them fails the build rather than landing in a list nobody reads to the bottom of.
20 documents were refused, 8 were deduplicated against an identical copy, and 86 carry visible redactions. All three are accounted for on the omissions page. Nothing is dropped in silence: a reader can see the shape of what is withheld, which is the difference between curation and concealment.
The 105 receipts and verdicts are in their own section. They are the dated record that this method was carried out — including a verdict that came back FAIL. Published, at Evidence & Verdicts, and kept out of the routes below so they do not bury the documents that explain the system.

17 documents

The films

Scripts, narration and dossiers for the films — including a toolchain document stating that one film cannot be rebuilt from its own source today.

8 documents

The lexicon — one concept, five registers

What each term means in Sanskrit, Latin, English, Hindi and Spanish, what it must never be translated as, and which back-translation tests have not been run.

8 documents

Constants, ratios and the nature ledger

Every load-bearing number with its units, scope, evidence class, source and falsifier — including the claims ruled INADMISSIBLE.

7 documents

The engraved plates

Ten drawn plates, each carrying what it claims, what it does NOT claim, and the falsifier for the drawing itself.

10 documents

Encyclopedia — Track A, the commercial appendix

The delivery and commercial track, published as engineering and method — each chapter fences itself as not-science on its own first page.

6 documents

By repository

The secondary view: the same documents, grouped by where they came from and listed alphabetically. Useful once you know what you are looking for; this is what the whole page used to be.

The Encyclopedia

The UNI method as a book: what is claimed, what is observed, and the two sovereign ledgers that keep those apart.

45 pages · none refused · from main at 575fc93d9d31

The Cookbook

The recipes: how the method is actually carried out, step by step, against real systems.

34 pages · none refused · from main at 575fc93d9d31

Architecture & Decisions

The architecture of record, every ADR, the failure modes, and the rendered Structurizr views.

33 pages · 3 refused · from hierarchical-aif/motor-stack at b909801f3db4

The Flagellar Motor

The laboratory itself: the motor model, the evidence manifests, and the walkthroughs.

14 pages · 1 refused · from hierarchical-aif/motor-stack at b909801f3db4

Scope note: rendered separately as Architecture & Decisions.

The Math Workbench

The browser instrument that executes the committed model libraries.

1 page · none refused · 8 duplicate · from feature/scientific-math-workbench at c23f686b641a

The Colony & the Method

How the system is built and how it is held to account: the falsification invitation, the evidence discipline, the typed organ specs, and the world model.

87 pages · 8 refused · from gen2-runtime at 44baf03d5041

Scope note: receipts, handoffs, work orders and validation move to the Evidence section; the cold-start prompts move to The Builder, where they are the product rather than scaffolding. The two limitations documents that were excluded here on 2026-08-01 are now published: docs/control-plane/LIMITATIONS.md was excluded on the ground that 'the flagellum copy is authoritative', and there is no flagellum copy, so the site was publishing no limitations page at all.

The GPT Pack

The custom-GPT distribution: its system prompt, its install guide, and the manifest that proves what is in it.

2 pages · none refused · from main at 575fc93d9d31

Scope note: gpt/knowledge/ (K01–K19) each wrap a source file already published under encyclopedia/ or cookbook/ with a generated header; the union of their merged_from lists is the 79 files already here, so republishing them duplicates existing body text. The pack's own MANIFEST is published (in the derived pages) so its contents and provenance are documented without the duplication.

The Builder

The GAIA visual active-inference builder brief and the superseded drafts it was fused from — how a reader reproduces the build rather than reading about it.

5 pages · none refused · from main at 575fc93d9d31

The Reader and its Deploy Bundle

The offline reader, the note-taker that refuses a prediction without a falsifier, and the deploy bundle that is staged and not deployed.

6 pages · 2 refused · from main at 575fc93d9d31

Hierarchical Active Inference

A complete research programme: the gap audit, the pre-registered predictions, the corrected full-N results, three independent adversarial verification tracks, and the incidents.

64 pages · none refused · from hierarchical-aif/motor-stack at b909801f3db4

Scope note: reports/templates/ are unfilled skeletons whose own line 3 reads 'THIS IS A TEMPLATE, NOT A RESULT'; the landed reports supersede them. .pytest_cache/README.md is written by pytest, not by anyone.

The Independent Audits

The frozen Claude-builds / Codex-reviews parity programme, and the Phase-A package that retracts one of its own claims.

3 pages · none refused · from hierarchical-aif/motor-stack at b909801f3db4

The Motor Laboratory — repository documents

The laboratory's front door, its binding operating contract, and the test suite that is EXPECTED to fail.

3 pages · none refused · from hierarchical-aif/motor-stack at b909801f3db4

The Math Workbench — repository documents

The workbench's own operating contract, which is NOT the flagellum's copy.

0 pages · none refused · from feature/scientific-math-workbench at c23f686b641a

The Science Lab

The LaTeX proof documents with evidence-class fences, the limits they do NOT establish, and a remediation log recording a fix tried and reverted.

17 pages · none refused · from gen2-runtime at 44baf03d5041

Scope note: the films are a separate corpus — scripts and dossiers, not proofs.

The Films

TRAVELERS, WELCOME TO UNI LABS, and the bilingual DGST narration — the scripts and dossiers, each with an English verification line beneath.

8 pages · none refused · from gen2-runtime at 44baf03d5041

Scope note: the DGST email drafts addressed to a named living third party are held pending the operator's ruling; publishing a named person's correspondence is his call. Everything else in lab/film is published.

The Broadcast Platform

The ADRs with live supersession chains, the runbooks including a panic sheet, the gaps register, and the MCP verb specs each carrying the review that rewrote it.

56 pages · 3 refused · from gen2-runtime at 44baf03d5041

The Builder — colony cold start

The paste-ready prompts that instantiate the agent team, the clone-to-running launch guide, and the HONESTY LAW the colony bootstrap carries verbatim.

7 pages · 1 refused · from gen2-runtime at 44baf03d5041

The Estate — root, plan and operator surfaces

The benchmark-world README, the build assumptions, the master plan with its four-value honesty fence, and the co-pilot brief.

9 pages · none refused · from gen2-runtime at 44baf03d5041

The Lexicon

One concept in five registers — Sanskrit, Latin, English, Hindi, Spanish — with what each term must never be translated as, and which back-translation tests have not been run.

8 pages · none refused · from main at 575fc93d9d31

Constants and the Nature Ledger

Every load-bearing number with its units, scope, evidence class, source and falsifier — including the 88 claims the ledger rules INADMISSIBLE.

7 pages · none refused · from main at 575fc93d9d31

The Engraved Plates

Ten drawn plates, each carrying what it claims, what it does NOT claim, and the falsifier for the drawing itself.
