Read this first. The estate once described itself as a running instrument with thirteen rooms and no corridor. This is the corridor. Two kinds of statement sit on every door and they are drawn differently on purpose: the measurements — files, languages, uncommitted work, distance from the remote — were read out of the repository at the commit shown. A pedagogical BEAM-native active-inference workbench: discrete-time POMDP with mean-field variational message passing and an expected-free-energy-weighted policy posterior, plus a 10-chapter curriculum, a visual model builder, and browser learning labs.
It is the teaching faculty. It already holds a working model builder, a four-level learning ladder and a runnable cookbook — the University links to it rather than rebuilding it.

Its two-ledger discipline is the honesty model the whole University adopts: what UNI has earned and what nature has shown are different registers and are never merged.
