An engraved plate in five panels drawing the ARCHITECTURE of two ledgers that are never merged. Panel I draws them as two trees with SEPARATE ROOTS in SEPARATE BEDS OF SOIL that do not touch: the UNI CLAIM-LEDGER, rooted in UNI's own gates run on UNI's own artifacts, carrying the 4-value fence, the four ledger states at the ledger's own last recorded snapshot (882 rows), and the A-U evidence classes; and the NATURA NATURE-LEDGER, rooted in third parties publishing in the literature, carrying twelve classes in three groups (measured 578, derived 257, fenced 80 ledger rows) plus four rows drawn DETACHED from every bough because they deliberately carry no class -- reconciling 578 + 257 + 80 + 4 = 919 rows across 23 chapters, 0 out of vocabulary. A double-ruled SOVEREIGN BOUNDARY runs unbroken between them, and the two crowns are joined by a dashed swag marked as an AUDITED CROSS-LINK: a citation, and only a citation, springing crown-to-crown and never root to root. Reference may cross that line; inference may not. Panel II prints the cardinal rule. Panel III is the crosswalk of nine look-alike pairs, where the resemblance is the trap and the load-bearing column is what each can never imply about the other. Panel IV draws TRUE, HONEST and META as three sovereign lanes of EQUAL width -- equal because sovereignty is not proportional to population -- with META marked as carried from outside this corpus. WHAT THE PLATE DOES NOT CLAIM: it does not claim twelve is the final number of NATURA classes (NA-00 declared six and was refuted by 72 of its own 919 rows); it does not claim the 22 un-traced rows are repaired, only correctly labelled; it does not claim the UNI snapshot is current or was recounted here; it prints no per-value count for the 4-value fence, because this corpus publishes none; it does not claim META is an encyclopedia concept; and it raises no UNI rung whatever -- a nature citation is never a UNI gate, the honest program position is unchanged at ~2 of 11+ developmental rungs earned, and where this plate and a ledger disagree, the ledger wins and the plate is wrong.

What this plate does NOT claim

  • Not claimed: that twelve is the correct, exhaustive or final number of NATURA classes. NA-00 declared SIX and was refuted by its own corpus on 72 of its own 919 rows -- which is the strongest available reason not to claim the new number is final. Twelve is what 919 rows MEASURED, not a design target; a thirteenth is a finding, not a failure.
  • Not claimed: that the 22 un-traced rows (NOT-SOURCED 20 + NOT-CONFIRMED 1 + NOT-LOCATED 1) are repaired. They are now correctly LABELLED, which is a description of a defect, not its repair. Naming a defect precisely is not fixing it, and closing them is real work that has not been done.
  • Not claimed: that the UNI snapshot (882 rows = 350 PASS / 0 FAIL / 183 NEGATIVE / 349 PENDING) is current, or was recounted for this plate. It is carried as exactly what it is -- the ledger's own last recorded snapshot -- and an upstream prior is never fresh evidence.
  • Not claimed: any per-value count for the 4-value fence (proven / designed / hypothesized / not-yet-built). This corpus publishes none, and this plate invents none. A plausible-sounding number with no source is the worst defect available here; NOT-MEASURED is written instead. There is no third state.
  • Not claimed: that META is an encyclopedia concept. It appears in 0 files of this corpus and is carried from the wider UNI Tree doctrine (arca META). Its lane rests on the lexicon's authority alone, and the lexicon discloses this itself -- the plate carries the disclosure rather than inheriting it quietly.
  • Not claimed: that the three lanes' equal width means equal population, or that any lane outranks another. TRUE 98 / META 31 / HONEST 1 of 130 concepts. The lanes are drawn equal because SOVEREIGNTY IS NOT PROPORTIONAL TO POPULATION: a lane with one row is exactly as sovereign as a lane with 98.
  • Not claimed: that HONEST is a weaker or unfinished kind of TRUE. Testimony is not a failed measurement; it is a different kind of signal, and forcing it into the TRUE-side vocabulary -- even into an honest-looking fence like NOT-MEASURED -- would be wrong in the direction that flatters the corpus.
  • Not claimed: that this plate's own count-claims are claims about NATURE. They are claims about the corpus's own files, carded in the CLAIM-LEDGER's A-U taxonomy (Class A where a script counts them, Class F where the ledger's own snapshot is carried forward). NO NATURA CLASS is used for anything this plate itself asserts -- the plate makes no claim about nature at all.

  • Not claimed: that this plate may stand in for either ledger. It is a drawing. WHERE THE PLATE AND A LEDGER DISAGREE, THE LEDGER WINS AND THE PLATE IS WRONG.

Design fence — DESIGN-ONLY: no script elements, no event handlers, no external references (no xlink to a URL, no @import, no webfont, no remote image). Pure static SVG, viewBox-based and responsive, renders standalone and inline, and is legible in both light and dark via CSS variables with fallbacks. No secrets, tokens, keys or private endpoints.
