How to read this page

The Encyclopedia is the UNI method written out as a reference work: 39 pages, arranged in wings, setting out what the programme is attempting and why it is built the way it is. This is where the ideas are explained in order and in prose, rather than as code, as runbooks, or as dated receipts.

Every chapter is authored against two ledgers and never ahead of them. One records what UNI has built, and the evidence class of each claim. The other records nature's own regularities, kept separate on purpose. That way a fact about biology is never quietly reused as a fact about the software. Where a chapter and a ledger disagree, the chapter is the thing that is wrong. Every chapter closes with an invitation to falsify it, and a recorded negative is published beside the result it qualifies rather than after it.

Read "How to read this work" first. It is the evidence constitution: the classes, the four ledger states, and the rule that a finished chapter is not the same as a working system. Then the calibration ledger, which carries the figures every other chapter is required to use.

What it is not: a description of a person or of a mind. The programme calls itself a developmental active-inference simulation, a bounded peek into a toy world, and its own index prints how much of the developmental ladder has actually been earned — roughly two rungs out of eleven or more. It is also not a report of what is running today. For what ran, and when, go to the evidence record.

A Plain and a Clear version of this page have not been written yet. What follows is the document itself.

Precise — the source document

This is the document. Rendered from the repository at the commit above, with nothing rewritten for the web. A gate re-renders it on every deploy and fails the build if a single byte differs.

This chapter covers the part of the Track-A marketing organism that touches people directly: how the program engages an audience, what it charges, how it refers, what it is legally and visually, and how its brand voice is policed. It is an appendix to the science, not a science wing. Every row here is carded as engineering or method, never as a UNI capability. The honest position the whole program prints and never softens still holds: UNI is a developmental active-inference SIMULATION, a bounded peek, a toy world, never a person and never a mind, with roughly 2 of 11+ developmental rungs earned. Nothing in engagement, pricing, or design changes that.

The single most important honesty fence here sits at the top of the engagement story: the engagement lift is targeted, not yet proven. It is recorded at Class B / pending and is not raised to A. Pricing, the referral mechanic, the entity line, and the design system are shipped facts safe to print, but they are facts about a website and a playbook, not evidence that the playbook works on the algorithm. We hold those two things apart, because conflating "we built the engagement engine" with "the engagement engine moves the numbers" is exactly the overclaim the ledger exists to prevent.

The relationship-first engagement ladder (Class B, lift pending)

Ledger row TA25 records the engagement model: a four-step ego-elevation ladder (Discover and Elevate, then Follow-Up, then Bridge, then CTA) paired with Deep Tagged Replies (4 to 7 sentences, roughly 120 to 180 words, an @-tag, a quoted phrase, one half-step extension, ending on an answerable question) and an Own-Post Defense discipline (reply to unanswered comments within about 30 minutes). Calls to action appear only at Step 4, and only when invited. No paid ads.

Here is the negative that travels with it, inline and never stripped: engagement-lift is TARGETED, NOT YET PROVEN. The ledger class is B / pending, and it is not raised to A. The origin of that fence is the recorded failure that motivated the whole redesign: 372 published posts produced exactly ONE comment in 30 days. Broadcast is not conversation, and the ladder is the response to that measurement, not a proven cure for it. TA25's falsifier is pre-registered: over three disciplined weeks, if the algorithm targets fail to move (author-reply rate 25 percent or higher, reply-chain depth 1.8 or higher, own-post impressions plus 30 percent in four weeks), the discipline is to revise the playbook, not the volume. The class is B precisely because those targets were set and not yet recorded as met. The most we claim is that a mechanism is built, observed running, and pointed at falsifiable targets.

The per-platform reach reality table (Class A)

Where the engagement-lift claim is pending, the reach numbers underneath it are observed. Ledger row TA26 is the measured per-platform reality table, carded Class A because these are limits hit in production, not hopes: LinkedIn personal commenting throttles at roughly 88 to 95 per hour (the cap sweeps at 80, chunked across hours); LinkedIn articles via the real logged-in Chrome run about 9 per day, while the headless sidecar manages about 1 per login; TikTok public auto-publish needs an app audit; Reddit is comment-only from a low-karma account; and X is disconnected, with no credentials wired. TA26's falsifier: measured per-platform rates diverge materially, for example LinkedIn commenting sustaining well above about 95 per hour without throttle. The honest reading is that these are observed ceilings on delivery, not proof that delivery converts.

Anti-success-theatre content and text hygiene (method)

Two method rows govern what the copy is allowed to say and how it is allowed to read. Ledger row TA27 is the anti-success-theatre discipline: public blogs lead with insight and honest failure, where the "## Wrong" section is the centerpiece, never ticket IDs, sprint metrics, or streaks; internal retro is split from reader-facing copy. The text-hygiene half is concrete: ASCII punctuation only (no em or en dash, which is an AI tell), at most 3 @-mentions per comment, hashtags only on own-page posts, and no link in an own-post body (it drops into the first comment within 60 seconds). TA27's falsifier is the thing that fails review: shipped copy containing an em or en dash, ticket-metric theatre, or a generic AI-marketing voice.

Ledger row TA28 is the owner-locked brand-voice constitution. Its source of truth is the theme song ("Grow the world. Grow it together. No one left outside."). Its hard rules: never talk about the company ("we are not a brand" is itself banned), the customer is the hero, plain felt words, global and multilingual. It is enforced mechanically by the zero-em-dash safety sweep. TA28's falsifier: shipped copy that talks about the company, uses a generic AI-marketing voice, or contains an em or en dash.

Engagement and pricing model (method)

Ledger row TA29 records the offer as a journey, not a catalog: a free one-hour intake, then a free Ideation Explorer for three days, then a hardest-part-first SOW-1 (with SOW-2 quoted), a one-hour Inception (about 55 artifacts), a 30-day build watched live in a Review Portal, a day-30 checkpoint (G1 safety, G2 value, ROI), and roughly three cycles per 90 days. It is "a trail, not a catalog." The five journey tiers are the same 30 days at a fixed price, with a bigger tier scaling the team rather than the timeline. The public price points are owner-set and safe to print: Pathfinder $1,000, Scout $3,000, Explorer $5,000, Adventurer $8,000, Odyssey $15,000. TA29's falsifier is the corrected P0 error: copy that implies $1k is the only one-month tier, or that prints a service catalog. The class is method because this is a published offer structure, not a measured outcome.

The referral mechanic, stated literally (method)

Ledger row TA30 is load-bearing for honesty in exactly the way the engagement claim is. The mechanic is a flat $200 to whoever brings a client who signs and funds a SOW, with no tiers and no pyramid; if there is no referrer, the same $200 is donated to EducateWright. The fence is that the copy must state the literal mechanic and never the feel-good generalization "we give away $200 on every project." TA30's falsifier: copy that states the generalization, or implies tiers or a pyramid. We print the literal $200 here for that reason.

Entity and legal line (Class A)

Ledger row TA31 is the entity fence, carded Class A. The public entity name is just "SolutionWright Universal." The shipped copy must never print the legal "doing business as" line for the parent company; that is an explicit owner directive and a publishing red line. Three live sites carry the family: solutionwright.com, universalnaturalintelligence.com (with .online issuing a 307 to .com), and iamhitl.com. TA31's falsifier is simple and binary: public copy that prints the dba line.

The calibrated "thirty-day" claim (Class C)

Ledger row TA32 is the one capability-adjacent claim in this chapter, and it is carded Class C, calibrated. It was corrected from a hedge ("bounded to the method, cannot show we shipped") up to the measured statement: "We have shipped in thirty days." The negative that travels with it, recorded in the same row, is that no client has agreed to be NAMED, so there is no permissioned receipt. The discipline is two-sided: do not revert to the hedge, and do not over-extend to a named testimonial. TA32's falsifier: evidence that no 30-day shipment occurred, which would revert the claim.

The Indra's Weave design system (Class C design, Class A rotation)

Ledger row TA33 records the dev-team-validated, owner-locked design system. It is light-default with a warm-dark Night toggle, semantic --sw-* CSS variables, a Dawn Linen ground and Lapis Indigo ink, three perspective threads plus a Tyrian purple "ribbon" used as a thread only and never as a field, and the Inter / Fraunces-italic / IBM-Plex-Mono type stack. Its guardrails are explicit: no pure white, no true black, gold stays amber-yellow, purple stays thread-only. The five hero puzzles rotate on a deterministic 6-hour epoch (floor(epoch/6h) % 5) so that everyone worldwide sees the same puzzle in a window, alongside a 122-lesson Tyrian "ribbon" easter-egg layer. The design half is carded Class C; the puzzle rotation is Class A. TA33's falsifier: shipped CSS using pure white, true black, a purple field, or non-semantic tokens, or two visitors in the same 6-hour window getting different puzzles, or the egg count differing from 122.

Brand and trademark law: LOOP, not LEAP (method)

Ledger row TA34 is the trademark fence. LEAP is a registered trademark of the LEAP Institute (Dr. Xavier Amador); SolutionWright coined LOOP (Listen, Observe, Orchestrate, Partner) and uses "leap" only as a verb, with attribution. The public-facing voice product is DialWright (the platform stays SolutionWright / UNI.PBX). TA34's falsifier: public copy that uses LEAP as a SolutionWright mark. This is why every shipped surface is swept for the literal string "LEAP" before it ships.

What is NOT claimed in TA-D

  • Ceiling: That "the engagement engine works" is NOT shown. A careless reader might infer, from the detailed ladder, the reach table, and the shipped pricing, that the program has demonstrated audience growth or conversion. It has not. The most we claim is that an engagement mechanism is built and observed running (TA25, Class B / pending), that per-platform reach limits are measured (TA26, Class A), and that the offer, referral mechanic, entity line, design system, and one calibrated "shipped in thirty days" statement (TA32, Class C) are shipped facts. Engagement-lift remains targeted, not proven, with the origin fact carried in the open: 372 posts produced one comment in 30 days.
  • Fences engaged: Red line 7 (never raise a claim above its source evidence class) governs the whole chapter, most sharply the B/pending engagement-lift row. Red line 12 (the vocabulary-leak guard) applies in full: this is a Track-A chapter, so it uses plain ops vocabulary and never externalizes active-inference, expected-free-energy, or free-energy framework names, and never prints an internal channel handle. Red line 10 (no PII, no featured handles) applies. The standing publishing fences also bind: no em or en dash, never "LEAP" (always "LOOP"), and never the dba / legal-entity line in shipped copy.
  • Negatives that travel with this claim (cite alongside, never strip): TA25's engagement-lift is Class B / pending and carries its origin negative (372 posts to ONE comment in 30 days) and its pre-registered three-week falsifier targets; it must never be cited as a proven lift. TA32's "We have shipped in thirty days" travels with its recorded caveat that no client has agreed to be named (no permissioned receipt). TA30's referral mechanic must be stated as the literal $200, never the feel-good generalization.
  • Parked / owed: No sign-to-park is owed in this chapter (the parked frontier lives in the science wing, not here). What is owed is empirical: a Class-A engagement observation. Until the TA25 targets are recorded as moved over three disciplined weeks, the lift stays B/pending and the playbook, not the volume, is what gets revised if the targets fail.
  • One-line honest summary a skeptic could not dispute: SolutionWright has built a relationship-first engagement playbook, a fixed-price five-tier offer, a literal $200 referral, a locked brand voice, and the Indra's Weave design system, and has measured its per-platform reach ceilings, but it has not yet shown that any of this moves the engagement numbers.

Falsify this

Run the engagement playbook with discipline for three weeks and watch the pre-registered targets: author-reply rate 25 percent or higher, reply-chain depth 1.8 or higher, and own-post impressions up 30 percent in four weeks. If those targets do not move, the playbook is falsified at its own bar and the correct response is to revise the playbook, not increase the volume. Separately, the chapter fails on any single shipped surface that prints an em or en dash, the string "LEAP" as a SolutionWright mark, the dba / legal-entity line, ticket-metric success theatre, or the referral as "we give away $200 on every project" rather than the literal flat $200.
