This lab models physics and biochemistry. It does not model — and must never claim to model — the worth of a person, the truth of a faith, the rightness of a politics, or the cure of a wound. This document keeps those layers separate so that the science stays honest and the human meaning stays respected. One is not evidence for the other.

On trauma and "trauma-locked agents"
The simulation may represent agents that fail to update their beliefs — held in maladaptive priors or miscalibrated precision across generations. This is a computational analogy, useful for visualising how trust, safety, and evidence access might change a trajectory.
It is not a clinical model. The lab makes:
- no diagnosis of any person,
- no claim to cure trauma,
- no claim that mathematics alone resolves suffering,
- no claim that a simulation guarantees peace,
- no manipulative religious or political framing.
The honest, allowed statement is this: a bounded active-inference model can illustrate how belief updating, resource access, safety, and cooperative policies may shift outcomes. It is a model, not a cure and not a proof.
On the human aspirations in the source material
The vision behind this work — less suffering, safe water, energy abundance, education, shelter, peace, the search for where we came from — is recorded here as values, held with respect. Values do not require empirical warrant and lose nothing by lacking one. The lab's job is not to validate the dream as physics, nor to diminish it, but to keep the boundary clean: metaphor honored as metaphor, mechanism reserved for what a measurement can show. "People must see to learn, and learn to see" — and what they are shown here is exactly what the math supports, with every fence in plain view.
On the cross-cultural breadth of the source frame
The source material reaches across many human contexts and traditions. The lab takes no position on any of them. It neither endorses nor refutes a religion, an ideology, or a culture. Where the source uses the language of one tradition as metaphor, the lab records it as metaphor from that tradition, with the same discipline applied to all — no hierarchy, no ridicule, no appropriation as evidence.
