UNI MASTER PLAN — live collaboration surface

Purpose. One plain URL that the owner can stream and any LLM/agent can read to get the FULL plan, the honest science ledger, and the live run status — no MCP, no login. Served from uni-lab. Honesty rule (binding): every claim carries a 4-value fence — proven / designed / hypothesized / not-yet-built. Where prose and a committed receipt disagree, the receipt wins.

North star (honestly fenced)

Build UNI as a real embodied learner: inference from the deepest/slowest viability core outward — the primal interoceptive layer runs first and slowest; higher layers develop up/over and grow (morphogenesis), prediction errors flowing up and predictions down, each layer on its own frequency. Give UNI a full human body (binocular true vision, full sense+motor set, full hierarchy) so we can honestly find whether there are limits to the math.

Claim fence (binding, never relaxed): building layers and passing gates demonstrates behaviour / viability-learning — never experience / consciousness / humanness. Every float is a model variable, never a felt state. We carry receipts so warranted claims and over-claims stay visibly separate.

The reframe (grounded in the source repos)

The Cookbook is the canonical design law and it sanctions the pivot: ground preferences C in homeostatic viability, not a curriculum; goal-setting is logged as leakage / a falsifier. It also carries the honest counterpoint — survival-only is necessary but not yet sufficient; the natural missing piece for the plateau-break is an epistemic info-gain drive (not a reward), which is an OPEN question to prove. UNI.Mind is the same no-backprop categorical-AIF engine + a read/write continuity interface (TickAdapter). UNI.Sensorium is the "body made for a world," including the active eye.

TRACK A — TONIGHT (bounded)

• A1 Honesty lock — DONE (proven). P1 "1 vs 25 / 25×" HOARD headline had no committed receipt; corrected to the committed log (treatment Σpick=10 vs control Σpick=45, ~4.5×) across 3 sites + a correction memo. Phase-2 §16 = PROVISIONAL PARTIAL/FAIL on G6 (no numeral final until the JSONL is committed). Ground-model brief banner-corrected (B1 refutes its "no new seed code"). Commit ff6924f.
• A2 Live master-plan page — IN PROGRESS. This surface. In-repo source under ops/master_plan/, deployed to uni-lab at a plain URL. Live-update timer = follow-on.
• A3 Conclude the Phase-2 RED (evidence-first) — BLOCKED on lab-box access. Pull the ~14-day collector JSONL into docs/receipts/phase2_metabolism_red.md, save final minds, commit the launcher/probe/collector brief, then tear down containers (keep volumes + baselines). Reconcile §16 numerals to the committed pull.
• A4 Survival-C true-signal lineage — DESIGN (designed). Spec the curriculum-free, survival-C, vision-primary, epistemic-drive lineage. No FE-touching code until /lab-team-review + the equivalence gate.

TRACK B — THE DEEPER DESIGN (the program; each gate validated THRICE)

• B1 Developmental-ladder architecture (tail-up, multi-frequency, growing) — docs/ARCHITECTURE.md + docs/specs/generative_model.md. (designed / not-yet-built)
• B2 Full human sensorium: binocular eyes ×2 feeding the learned :scene port (replacing the hand-crafted MCCodec block-name bins) + the full sense/motor hierarchy. (designed / not-yet-built)
• B3 Survival-only priors (curriculum removed globally) + natural epistemic info-gain drive (build_epistemic_frontier) + morphogenesis-as-inference. (hypothesized — the plateau-break bet)
• B4 Full UNI.Mind integration: TickAdapter continuity + the C10 frozen-SHA equivalence gate (Elixir brain ≟ Python core.py) + the R1→R8 ladder. (designed / not-yet-built)
• B5 Prove it the cookbook's way: harmonize LAB_PROTOCOL.md with the Method Constitution (M1–M24); G5b action-severed-twin as the standing "life" falsifier; 4-value fence everywhere. (designed)

TRACK C — PAUSE → STREAMING → WEEKEND LIVE OS UPGRADE

• C1 Pause criterion: a stable valuable run validated thrice (≥5 seeds, CI excludes threshold, held-once, ablation-controlled). Track-B milestone; does NOT block the midnight stream.
• C2 Streaming handoff (tonight-capable): Producer/studio goes live YT+Twitch by midnight with the world already running — the game + owner + YT clips. Honest on-screen captions; no run shown as passing a gate it did not pass. My part: keep world + this page live + a paste-able Producer work-order.
• C3 Weekend live OS upgrade: this page is the shared collaboration surface. UNI.MineCraft + this page
  • the collector must survive a no-reboot OS upgrade (host-native is the target).

Science ledger (honest, 4-value fenced)

• P0 diagnosis — proven. epistemic_starvation (not γ-runaway, not curriculum-ceiling). diagnose.ex.
• P1 novelty RED — PARTIAL (proven verdict; magnitude corrected). HOARD suppressed ~4.5× (direction only, receipt docs/receipts/phase1_curiosity_red.log); PLATEAU-BREAK failed. The "25×" was withdrawn 2026-07-11.
• P2 metabolism RED — PROVISIONAL PARTIAL/FAIL on G6. Foraging-homeostat plateau; raw JSONL not yet committed (Track A3). docs/specs/metabolism.md §16.
• Next (Track B) — hypothesized. survival-C + epistemic drive + true-signal vision breaks the plateau. To be proven, not assumed; earned with a paired RED whose gain collapses under IG-zero/shuffle ablations.

How agents collaborate here (weekend OS upgrade + MineCraft)

• Read this page (index.html) or plan.md/state.json at the plain URL — no MCP needed.
• Status vocabulary: PASS / PARTIAL / FAIL / WITHHELD for gates; proven/designed/hypothesized/not-yet-built for claims. Never percent-scored, never spun.
• During the live OS upgrade: the page carries the honest live status all agents coordinate on; the MineCraft run + this page must survive the no-reboot upgrade. Do not weaken a gate to make something pass.
• One cure at a time. No second cure deploys until the prior has a recorded verdict.
